I was really suprised that he died, I mean, he really knew how to handle alot of situations and had sooo many close calls...I remember watching his documentaries and such in school, he really knew his stuff. Its sad to see him go!!!

Bless your soul Crocodile Hunter!!! =)

I never thought that you can get killed by a stingray. Granted, that their tail barb is poisonus but never thought that they would attack you with it. It's probably the quickest way to go. But from the news report i saw this morning. Steve Irwin pulled the stinger out of his chest than passed out.

Well I see somone beat me to posting this... When I first heard about Stave I was in disbelief I grew up watching him and it almost seemed as though he were a family member to me (as weird as that may sound) well just 20 mins ago I was playing GW and somone brought up Steves death. Then some rude people began to emerge saying " He deserved it " ,"I hate him"," I wonder If he said crikey when he died" this digust me I immediatly responded that they nned to grow up and that a death is no joke especially when leaving a parent 2 kids and a wife behind... I can't believe somone wpuld take a shot at a dead man with 2 kids and a wife still on this earth mourning for him. Just makes you wonder if some people are just evil.

Anyhow Ill miss you Steve GL wherever your going

Although I disliked him for his accent adn for slightly americanising the Outback, He was an brave and adventurous person. He should not have died, and it's a great loss to his family and fans around the world.

Honestly, I think that would be one of the coolest ways to die. Right behind freefalling from 60000+ feet with nothing but an oxygen tank.
